Delete your PhotoMentor account

You can permanently delete your PhotoMentor account and its data yourself. You do not need to install the Android app to do this — a browser is enough. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete from the Android app

1. Open PhotoMentor and make sure you are signed in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, read the notice, type your email to confirm, and confirm the deletion.

Delete from a browser

1. Open app.photomentor.pro and sign in with the same account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account, email support@photomentor.pro from the address associated with your account. We verify identity manually before acting on emailed requests.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your analyses and history, including their text and metadata.
• Stored thumbnails, optional report originals, Bulk Culling assets and cached audio critiques.
• Your public share links, which stop working immediately.
• Referrals, product-analytics events and other data tied to your account.

What may be retained

For legal, accounting and anti-fraud reasons — and to stop the same purchase from being claimed twice — we may keep a minimized, de-identified purchase record (a one-way token digest and a coarse status) after deletion. It has no PhotoMentor account binding and contains no email, name, account identifier or client-visible secret. The digest lets us recognize the same purchase for replay, refund and accounting, so it is de-identified rather than absolutely anonymous. Backups held by our infrastructure providers expire on their normal cycle.

Subscriptions

On deletion we attempt to cancel an active subscription, but a provider outage must never block your deletion — so if you subscribed through Google Play, please verify and, if needed, cancel it there:

Uninstalling or removing the app is not the same as deleting your account.
